Refund Policy

We accept refunds for store credit within 7 days after receipt of item. Please contact ashleigh@mcwilliamsyoung.com to facilitate your return. Once the item is received and approved, you will be issued store credit within 5-7 days. Any returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Because the pieces are original and handmade, exchanges are not possible.

Doyou accept custom commissions?  

We do not accept custom commissions.

Do you offer international shipping?  

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you will be issued tracking information after the transaction is complete and shipping has processed the item, usually within 3 business days.
